Shawn and I arrived in L.A. last Wednesday afternoon. After we got our bags, took the shuttle to the car rental place, waiting for a car (because they were all out and there were 7 other people waiting for their car reservations), and drove to the Farmer's Market to pick up our GoLA Cards...we finally arrived at Albert's. It was SO GOOD to see him! The three of us went out to dinner and then Shawn and I crashed earlier (it had been a long day!)
We started out Thursday with a trip to the L.A. Zoo. Here are a few of my favorite pictures from the zoo.
It wasn't the greatest zoo I'd ever been too, but it was nice that all the habitats could be outdoors. It was a beautiful day and we enjoyed wandering around...even though the zoo was completely overrun with small children on school trips!
