The Fields Visit!

The Fields came to Texas for a visit during the girl's Spring Break.  They finally got to meet Logan...and Marcie!  We wish they could have visited longer, but hopefully Haley and Holly will be back this summer for a longer stay with us!  We miss them :(

Catching Up!

I have been SO behind with my blogging!  Let me see if I can find some good excuses...

1. We've had company.

The new cowgirl Grandma Manning and her friend Bill visited from San Antonio while Dave was visiting here for Eric's Spring Break.

2. Dinner out with Logan.

Apparently Shawn thinks Logan will be a Notre Dame fan.

3.  St. Patrick's Day.

Green beer and Guinness.  Need I say more?

4.  Blackhawks Hockey!

Dad got us these tickets for the Blackhawks' game against the Dallas Stars for Christmas.  Awesome...even though they KILLED us!  It was actually embarrassing!  But...we got to spend a night away in Dallas :)

Ok...I guess that sort of catches things up.  For now.

Crawling?

Logan ALMOST crawled today!  Almost.

He's definitely thinking about it.

He made it up on the hands and knees!

Well...let's stop and think about this for a second.

Maybe this toy is worth the effort?  Maybe.

Trying to get moving! 

He moved both hands and then tried to move his leg...

....but splat!  Oh well!  I guess I'll just see how far I can reach :)

Exhausted

Our vacation was exhausting.  We got home Monday evening...I had to work Tuesday & Wednesday.  5 am wake up calls are NOT FUN!  12 hour shifts taking care a baby that has parents who seem to truly believe that you are taking care of ONLY their baby is exhausting.  Really exhausting.

Woke up with a sore throat and stuffy nose today.  Boo.

Agenda today:

Play with Logan.

Wash car.

Get groceries.

Nap?
